In the three coaching sessions before he took up his post he worked through his vision, his priorities and the values he wanted to embed in his new organisation. As a result he clarified his strategic priorities and had a clear plan for both the first 100 days and the first 6 months. This enabled him to make an immediate impact both within the organisation and with the parent department.
