Hande Yasargil and Lloyd Denton introduced the concept of coaching to Turkey in 2002, when they started Mentor Executive Coaching. After three years of independent success, the practice adopted the Praesta approach in early 2006. They have worked with over 125 senior leaders in corporations, professional service firms, government departments, and non-governmental organizations. Clients are typically board members, CEOs, general managers, function directors and high-potential managers.
In addition to many of Turkey's leading domestic companies, Preasta's clients include international executives from Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 companies in Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
In a region of diverse economies and rapid growth, the Praesta team offers their clients unique variety and depth. When selecting a coach, clients choose from among eight coaches, three nationalities, both men and women; and each with a track record of success in business leadership at senior levels. Clients who prefer to work in Turkish, English, Arabic or French can select a coach fluent in their own language and context.
