Praesta Launch
It all started on the 4th July 2005 when 20 partners, formerly colleagues at The Change Partnership, announced the launch of Praesta, a new independent, executive coaching firm.
Two months later, on the 20th September, Praesta celebrated its launch with a party at The Mall Galleries in London, home of the Federation of British Artists. Nearly 400 clients, colleagues and friends attended the launch, where guests were given the opportunity to view the work of artists in the Singer & Friedlander / Sunday Times Watercolour Competition Exhibition.
Mairi Eastwood, Managing Partner, and Peter Hogarth, Chairman, thanked the many clients, friends and suppliers who had supported the launch of the firm. All clients chose to retain their coaches and transferred to Praesta.
A toast to the new firm was proposed by Paul Lee, Senior Partner of client law firm Addleshaw Goddard. Chairman Peter Hogarth said: “As the name Praesta suggests, the aim of our coaching is to help our clients excel. We are delighted that all our long-standing clients have chosen to support the new firm and we value their confidence highly.”
Mairi Eastwood commented: “We think the independent business model is right both for our clients and for us. We aim to build the world’s most outstanding coaching firm, working with leaders of organisations who want to improve and perform.”
