Steve McCauley
Steve McCauley has been CEO of a successful music business and international President of a NASDAQ-quoted digital entertainment company. He is an experienced dealmaker and entrepreneur who has wide experience of establishing new ventures, forging effective teams and operating in international media, communications and entertainment markets. Steve will have a particular focus on coaching leaders in broadcasting, software, interactive media, publishing, cable and satellite, telecommunications and films.

Anna Ford
Anna Ford is a distinguished television journalist and broadcaster who has worked as a reporter and later newsreader for Granada Television, ITN and the BBC. She now utilises her wide experience of communications and chairmanship in a portfolio career. Anna is a non-executive director for J Sainsbury plc and a member of its Remuneration Committee; Chair of Index on Censorship, a charity that promotes freedom of expression; a board member of The Amazing Group, that supports education and learning in schools and later life; Chancellor of Manchester University; and an Honorary Bencher of Middle Temple. Praesta’s clients will be able to benefit not only from Anna’s exhaustive knowledge of how the broadcast media works and related communications issues, but also her broad experience of business and public life.

Dr Hilary Lines
Following a career at the Wellcome Foundation and PWC, Hilary has developed a special skill in working with senior leaders and their teams. In addition to her broad business knowledge, she brings to her team and individual coaching an understanding of the issues involved in effecting change in complex systems, and of the psychology of adult development. Hilary has particular experience of working with professional service firms, helping Partners enhance their capacity to provide value to business clients.

Dr Jane Stephens
Jane brings to her work as a coach a deep understanding of what drives performance, derived from both her business experience and her professional background. With over twenty years in large corporations, venture capitalists and running her own professional services business, Jane has worked with company leaders to scale and develop their operations. She has particular experience in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. In addition, Jane holds a doctorate in psychology and is a Gestalt practitioner.

David Cooper
David has joined Praesta to conduct, and oversee our use of, psychometric instruments and executive assessments. Following a successful business career, David qualified as a Chartered Psychologist in 2002 and is a visiting tutor at the London Business School. He has extensive experience in the assessment of senior executives of major international organisations, is qualified in the administration of a wide range of psychometric instruments and has broad experience in the development and administration of 360 assessment tools. David has worked for a number of years as an executive coach too, working with clients up to CEO level, and will continue that work with us.
