We apply what we call an integrated approach to coaching. We bring approaches from psychology, organisational development, management theory, adult learning, multiple coaching tools and our experience of running a business to the client’s advantage. Using these tools, we tailor programmes for individual clients that take account of their personal agenda, learning style and the context in which they are operating.
