Top Team Development
As executive coaches, our focus is on the way a team works (process), rather than what it works on (content). Our method is to engage with a team as it deals with topics that are core to the organisation’s success. We bring to bear our management experience as business people as well as our successful track record working with sensitive, interpersonal dynamics. This combination of these aspects ensures that the team applies its talents and skills optimally to get a great result both on the organisational and the personal level.
Good team work requires effective relationships between team members as well as constructive rules of engagement that operate when the team meets. We contribute to both. Effective relationships are built outside team meetings, so we coach individuals on their behaviours and relationships as a complement to moderating team meetings. We know that people prefer to be given feedback in private, when they can absorb it and work on it, rather than in public when they can’t.
It follows that we consider team development to be a process that takes time. So whilst we’re very good at facilitating “away-days”, we only do so as part of a more meaningful engagement.
