All of our coaches are highly trained. They have operated at senior levels within both private and public organisations, before becoming coaches. They engage in training and regular supervision. You cannot get a poor coach with Praesta.

Successful coaching is about the personal chemistry between the client and the coach. We ensure that each of our clients works with the most appropriate member of the Praesta team.
